CD specialises in issues related to recovery and humanitarian assistance in conflict and post-conflict countries, including evaluations, proposal development, water and sanitation.

CD was established in 2007 by Erik Toft.

Erik Toft has a degree in International Development and Planning. He has more than 15 years of experience with implementing, evaluating and reviewing mainly humanitarian assistance but also civil society support projects. Erik has led or participated in more than 25 evaluations and reviews for donors, the UN and NGOs.
